Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
• Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and offerings.
• Uphold phone etiquette standards to ensure a positive client experience.

Skills

• Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in sales or client services is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze information quickly and accurately to provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and standard office equipment.
