Remote Work – IA, WI, TX

All of our positions are fully remote and open to candidates who reside in Iowa, Wisconsin or Texas. Positions require working exclusively from a home office, and employees must provide their own computer equipment, wired headset and reliable high-speed internet. As a part of our application process, candidates are required to complete a systems scan using the PC or laptop that would be used for remote work. This will ensure candidate success by confirming all technical and internet requirements are met.

Positions Available – Call Center Sales Representative

We are currently hiring Call Center Sales Representative positions. Agents would be making outbound calls to prospective customers/businesses through an automatic dialer to offer them a free 30-day trial of online resources. These resources help organizations comply with complex federal and state regulations, with a focus on workplace safety and compliance. Commission opportunities are available, and are based on successfully enrolling customers in the free trial.

We offer the following full-time and part-time schedules. Our agents do not work on weekends or major holidays.

Full-Time Schedule

* Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

*Part-Time Schedules:

• Monday- Friday: 8:30 AM -1:30 PM
• Monday- Friday: 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM
• Monday- Friday: 9:30 AM- 2:30 PM

**Note – Must be available to train 40 hours/week the first 2 weeks.*

Skills & Requirements

• English proficiency level should be fluent.
• Professional and polite.
• Typing skills (20 WPM+).
• Excellent verbal & written correspondence skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliability is a must.
• Contact center and/or customer service experience – 1 year preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus!
• Knowledge of internet and e-mail. Ability to clear history, cache, cookies a plus!
• Microsoft Outlook knowledge preferred.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
