The Northstar Companies is expanding into the Baltimore market and hiring full-time Remote Collection Associates. With more than 50 years of industry experience, we serve a nationwide client base across credit card, commercial, and automotive collections. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Contact consumers by phone to resolve outstanding accounts
• Negotiate repayment arrangements
• Maintain accurate account documentation
• Follow applicable regulations, client requirements, and company procedures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED
• Collections experience required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and basic computer skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven individuals with a strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and commitment to a consistent schedule

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with flexible weekly scheduling.
