Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance & Customer Care Professional (CCP) to join our growing team at Eclipse DOT.

This is a DOT compliance role first — with customer care built into it.

The CCP is responsible for managing compliance programs for multiple companies that operate vehicles across the country. You will help protect businesses by maintaining regulatory standards, identifying risks early, and guiding clients through complex DOT requirements.

This is not a high-volume call center position. It is a detail-driven, ownership-based role that requires strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, organized file management, and clear communication with business owners and operations teams.

The ideal candidate

  • Has hands-on DOT compliance experience
  • Is highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Communicates confidently with clients
  • Takes pride in protecting companies from risk
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially for serving diverse industries and clients nationwide.

If you’re looking for a place where compliance expertise, growth, and culture matter — this is it.

Responsibilities

  • Manage DOT compliance programs for multiple client companies
  • Maintain and audit Driver Qualification (DQ) files for accuracy and completeness
  • Oversee IFTA, IRP, UCR, and MVR monitoring processes
  • Prepare clients for DOT audits and inspections
  • Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email regarding regulatory requirements
  • Provide clear guidance to business owners and operations teams
  • Maintain detailed and organized records within internal systems
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure all filings and renewals are completed accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with internal team members to resolve complex compliance matters
  • Deliver high-level customer care while upholding federal and state regulations

Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on DOT compliance experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of FMCSA regulations
  • Experience managing Driver Qualification (DQ) files
  • Familiarity with IRP, IFTA, UCR, MVR monitoring, and permits is highly valued
  • Experience preparing companies for DOT audits or inspections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident phone presence when speaking with business owners and operations teams
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems
  • Accurate data entry skills and comfort working inside compliance platforms
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in protecting businesses, not just answering emails.

You’ll succeed here if you care about details, enjoy serving multiple companies at a high level, and take ownership of your work. We move fast, we hold high standards, and we support each other as a team.

At Eclipse DOT, growth matters — for our clients and for our people. If you want to build real expertise, serve companies that rely on you, and be part of a culture driven by Extreme Ownership, Integrity, and Positive Energy, we’d like to meet you.

If you’re looking for a place where compliance knowledge, customer care, and professional growth all matter — apply.
