Ann Haviland State Farm is seeking an experienced, fully licensed Insurance Customer Service Manager to lead our remote service team, manage customer relationships, and support agency growth.

We are a high-performing agency with high standards for customer service, accountability, and production. This is a service-dominant leadership role with an inside sales component. You must be able to manage a remote team, deliver exceptional customer service, identify coverage gaps, and confidently convert service conversations into appropriate sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Minimum three years of State Farm agency experience.

* Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. * Proven track record of strong performance within a State Farm agency. * Experience managing, supervising, or coaching customer service team members. * Strong knowledge of State Farm systems, products, and service processes. * Ability to independently manage service operations and maintain team accountability remotely. * Demonstrated ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and close inside sales. * Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. *

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Retention

Oversee daily service operations and ensure prompt, professional customer support.

* Resolve complex inquiries involving policy changes, billing, renewals, claims-related questions, and coverage reviews. * Build strong customer relationships that support satisfaction and retention. * Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer experience. *

Remote Team Leadership

Manage, coach, and support our remote customer service team.

* Establish clear expectations and monitor service quality, productivity, and follow-up. * Provide training, feedback, and accountability. * Coordinate workflows and ensure timely resolution of customer needs. * Track team performance and report progress to the agent. *

Inside Sales & Account Growth

Identify coverage gaps and sales opportunities within our existing book of business.

* Conduct proactive policy reviews and needs-based insurance conversations. * Cross-sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other appropriate products. * Pivot service conversations into inside sales opportunities. * Present recommendations, overcome objections, and confidently close business. * Contribute to agency retention, cross-selling, and production goals. *
