Experienced Travel Agent — Afternoon/Evening Customer Support

American Savings Network is hiring experienced travel agents to handle customer calls and travel requests from our members. We're looking for someone friendly, organized, and dependable, who naturally follows through with customers.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 2–9 PM Central Time, with occasional Saturdays. Fully remote.

Compensation

Base pay plus commission and bonuses, with six-figure earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Answer calls and return customer callbacks
• Help members with travel questions and requests
• Research options, provide quotes, and handle bookings
• Keep accurate customer notes and reservation details
• Follow up on open requests and coordinate with our travel team

What We're Looking For

• Professional travel agent or reservations experience
• Clear, friendly phone communication
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• Consistent availability for the listed shift
