Outbound Call Center Representative

Ace Heating & Cooling is looking for a friendly, motivated Outbound Caller to join our team. This position will focus on making outbound calls to homeowners to schedule heating and air conditioning tune-ups.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with customers, and enjoys working toward appointment-setting goals. This is a part-time work from home job, with some in-office meetings. Previous cold-calling or outbound sales experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
• Contact homeowners to promote HVAC tune-ups and maintenance services.
• Schedule qualified customers for heating and air conditioning appointments.
• Explain tune-up services, seasonal specials, and maintenance benefits.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call notes.
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals.
• Provide a friendly, professional customer experience on every call.
• Communicate scheduled appointments and customer needs to the office and service team.
• Handle customer questions and direct service-related concerns to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications

• Previous cold-calling, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience preferred.
• Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Organized and dependable.
• Comfortable working with computers and customer databases.
• HVAC call-taking experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
