About This Opportunity

Vibe Connect Virtual Services is looking for independent contractors to provide remote customer support services through our third-party client platform. Contractors set their own availability and choose client programs based on their preferences and qualifications, making this a flexible option for self-motivated individuals who want control over their work schedule.

*This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity, not a W-2 position.*

What You'll Do

• Provide inbound and/or outbound customer service support for assigned client programs
• Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone and/or through online systems
• Accurately document customer interactions according to client requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all client compliance guidelines
• Supply your own equipment and internet connection to complete services

Independent Contractor Details (Please Read Carefully)

As a 1099 independent contractor, you are self-employed and responsible for managing your own business. This means:

• You are not an employee of Vibe Connect Virtual Services
• Pay is based on completed service hours or task-based compensation, and the specific structure depends on the client program you're assigned to
• You are responsible for your own taxes, equipment, and internet connection
• No employee benefits are provided

• Job Types Part-time, Contract
• Pay $12.00 to $15.00 per hour (program-dependent)
• Expected Hours 10 to 37 per week
• Location Remote
